SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All in-store stock is shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are available. 

Out of Stock items will be ordered in on receipt of your order from the warehouse in either Melbourne or Brisbane. Delivery of these Back-ordered items is entirely in the hands of both the Warehouse and Toll Transport.

We do our best to ship your requested items to you in the shortest possible times. There are occasions, however, when the Warehouse is sold out of the product requested. You will be notified as soon as possible and given the choice of changing your order or requesting a Refund.

Stylish Outback Clothing uses Australia Post regular mail. If you require express or registered mail then you may request this and pay the additional cost. Stylish Outback Clothing does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.

In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact Stylish Outback Clothing to discuss a resolution.

RETURNS POLICY

Stylish Outback Clothing wants You to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Quality Country Clothes for Country Living. If you are unhappy with the fit or you feel the product is not what you expected, you may exchange, replace or have your purchase refunded when it is returned within 30 days of delivery. 

To initiate your online return, please contact us at: sales@stylishoutbackclothing.com.au    Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags & product packaging UNDAMAGED. There must be no damage or signs of wear, dirt or animal hair. Once we receive your return, our Quality Check Team will access and process your refund within 1-7 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES: 

There are NO EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE PAGE ITEMS 

There are NO Refunds on Sale items, you may Exchange your purchase for any other product on our website or receive a Credit for the amount of purchase.

• All products must be returned in their Original, Un-worn condition.
• All products must have Un-damaged packaging with Tags attached 
• Please include the completed CARD, enclosed with your order to request either an Exchange, Credit or Refund (where eligible)
• The cost of your return shipping will not be refunded.
• Purchased items can be returned through Australia Post,
• Please ensure you keep your Aust Post tracking details.

REFUNDS:

• The amount of the original Shipping paid by Stylish Outback (if any) will be deducted from your Refund.
