RETURNS POLICY

Stylish Outback Clothing wants You to be satisfied with your purchase of Quality Country Clothes for Country Living. If you are unhappy with the fit or the appearance of the product is not what you expected, you may exchange it within 30 days of delivery (excluding items on the CLEARANCE page). 

Please send a Post-paid, Aust Post bag with your exchange item for its return.

Prior to returning your item, please contact us at: stylishoutback@gmail.com 

Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags & product packaging UNDAMAGED. There must be no damage or signs of wear, dirt or animal hair. Once we receive your return, our Quality Check Team will access and process your exchange. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

There are NO EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE PAGE ITEMS (Except Faulty items)

You may Exchange your purchase for a different size (that is in stock) or any other product on our website that is showing as "IN STOCK".

  • All products must be returned in their Original, Un-worn condition.
  • All products must have Un-damaged packaging with Tags attached 
  • Please include the completed CARD, enclosed with your order to request either an Exchange, Credit or Refund (where eligible)
  • Please send a Post-paid, Aust Post bag with your exchange item for its return.
  • The cost of your return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Purchased items can be returned through Australia Post,
  • Please ensure you keep your Aust Post tracking details.

REFUNDS  are NO LONGER OFFERED (Except Faulty items)
