RETURNS POLICY

Stylish Outback Clothing wants You to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Quality Country Clothes for Country Living. If you are unhappy with the fit or you feel the product is not what you expected, you may exchange, replace or have your purchase refunded when it is returned within 14 days of delivery. 

To initiate your online return, please contact us at: sales@stylishoutbackclothing.com.au    Items must be unworn and in original condition, with tags & packaging UNDAMAGED. There must be no damage or signs of wear, dirt or animal hair. Once we receive your return, our Quality Check Team will access and process your refund within 1-7 business days. Refunds are made to the original method of payment and can take up to 7 business days to appear in your account. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES

There are NO EXCHANGES ON CLEARANCE PAGE ITEMS 

There are NO Refunds on Sale items, you may Exchange your purchase for any other product on our website or receive a Credit for the amount of purchase.

  • All products must be returned in their Original, Un-worn condition.
  • All products must have Un-damaged packaging with Tags attached 
  • Please include the completed CARD, enclosed with your order to request either an Exchange, Credit or Refund (where eligible)
  • The cost of your return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Purchased items can be returned through Australia Post,
  • Please ensure you keep your Aust Post tracking details.

REFUNDS: 

There are NO REFUNDS  ON CLEARANCE PAGE ITEMS 

There are NO REFUNDS on Sale items.  In order to be eligible for a Refund:

  • All products must be returned in their Original, Un-worn condition.
  • All products must have Un-damaged packaging with Tags attached 
  • Please include the completed Returns CARD, enclosed with your Return product to request a Refund (where eligible)
  • The cost of your return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Purchased items can be returned through Australia Post,
  • Please ensure you keep your Aust Post tracking details.
  • The amount of the original Shipping paid by Stylish Outback (if any) will be deducted from your Refund.
