RETURNS POLICY

Stylish Outback Clothing wants You to be completely satisfied with your purchase of Quality Country Clothes for Country Living. If you are unhappy with the fit or you feel the product is not what you expected, you may exchange your purchase when it is returned within 14 days of delivery, if all of the conditions below are met:

Refunds

There are NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON CLEARANCE PAGE ITEMS 

There are NO Refunds on Sale items, you may Exchange your purchase for any other product on our website or receive a Credit for the amount of purchase.

  • All products must be returned in their Original, Un-worn condition.
  • All products must have Un-damaged packaging with Tags attached 
  • Please include the completed CARD, enclosed with your order to request either an Exchange, Credit or Refund (where applicable)
  • The cost of your return shipping will not be refunded.
  • Purchased items can be returned through Australia Post,
  • Please ensure you keep your Aust Post tracking details.

 

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange the product if the wrong size or fit has been chosen. This must be done within 14 days of delivery. Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the sender, not Stylish Outback Clothing. Item must be returned in perfect condition in Stylish Outback Clothing original posting package or similar protective packaging. There is no refund on postage. For faulty goods please contact Stylish Outback Clothing. Goods need to be returned and assessed to determine if they can be replaced or can be repaired by the manufacturer. As we realise the inconvenience of having an item become faulty we will do everything we can to expedite this process. Please be aware the item will not be replaced until the faulty item is returned and assessed.
