SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All in-store stock is shipped within 1 to 2 business days.

Orders with multiple items will be shipped once all items are available. 

Out of Stock items will be ordered in on receipt of your order from the warehouse in either Melbourne or Brisbane. Delivery of these Back-ordered items is entirely in the hands of both the Warehouse and Toll Transport.

We do our best to ship your requested items to you in the shortest possible times. There are occasions, however, when the Warehouse is sold out of the product requested. You will be notified as soon as possible and given the choice of changing your order or requesting a Refund.

Stylish Outback Clothing uses Australia Post regular mail. If you require express or registered mail then you may request this and pay the additional cost. Stylish Outback Clothing does not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items with Australia Post. The only trace we can assist with the recovery of lost goods is to submit a customer complaint to Australia Post requesting a trace.

In the event your product has not arrived, you need to contact Stylish Outback Clothing to discuss a resolution.
